Anthony Palumbo, Co-Owner

Tony cleaned carpets for his father's and grandfather's company while he was still in elementary school. He eventually started to run the concern in 1988. Along with his wife, Danielle, they opened several other franchises and are now the proud owners of SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County. Tony is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Along with his 30 years of carpet cleaning experience, Tony is a Certified Lead Paint Renovator (RRRP), Wool-Safe Fiber Care Specialist, and a Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-recovery Technician. His experience is ever-expanding, along with his expertise of franchise ownership which benefits all his employees, customers, and commercial clients.

Rick Cristofol, Co-Owner

Rick has been involved with the  SERVPRO system since 2003, including several years as an essential part of the day-to-day operations of a franchise. He is now the proud co-owner of SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County. His focus is mainly on the production side of the business. Rick attended Hofstra University and is  IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD.) He's also a certified Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-recovery Technician. He leads by his experience and job knowledge to keep all production jobs on schedule and budget.

Matt Prout

Matt is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Paramus, SERVPRO of Bridgwater, and SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County. Matt is very highly organized and is instrumental in on our larger loss projects. He matriculated from Liberty University with a BA in Physical and Health Education. Matt started his SERVPRO career in 2010 and has earned certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD.) Matt continues to provide more for our franchise as an Estimator.

Tony D'Arco

Tony has been with SERVPRO since 2003. He started as a Production Technician, became the GM at the Northeast Bergen County office, and now he's an Estimator. SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County is fortunate to have Tony as a Sales and Marketing Rep. He is IICRC Certified in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), Water Removal (WRT), Odor Control (OCT), and OSHA Health and Safety. Tony is also Interactive Occupation Training (IOT) Certified in Mold Remediation and is ASD Certified (Applied Structural Drying.) To add to his list of training and expertise, he is an Air Sampling Technician and Inspector (Asbestos) since 2016. Tony is a 4th Degree, Sir Knight, as a member of The Knights of Columbus. He is a New York Yankee fan, loves playing golf and smoking a good cigar.

Stevan Huff

Steve studied Criminal Justice at Community College of the Air Force. He's an IICRC Certified (WRT) Water Damage Restoration technician. He "enlisted" in our SERVPRO family back in 2015 after serving 7 years in the United States Air Force, which included a Tour in Iraq. He is doing a great job here at SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County.

Gustavus Calliste

Gus is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County. His plumbing background adds value to his work in water damage restoration. He is often found in the kitchen since he loves to cook, and by night Gus is a DJ spinning the beats. He recently discovered a hidden treasure when at a residential fire job. Gus hails from Trinidad, came to the U.S.A. more than two-and-a half decades ago, and loves his new home.

Kyle Meehan

Kyle has been with SERVPRO since 2014 after studying Communications at ESU (East Stroudsburg University) in Pennsylvania. He has a great way of dealing with the homeowners in stressful situations and is an asset to our SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County team. He appreciates sports and digs the outdoors, and Thursday Night Trivia.

Joe Zak

Joe joined our SERVPRO crew in 2015 and is looking forward to attending IICRC training. Joe dedicated five years previously working at the Gramon/Glenview Academy, where he interacted with children having emotional and behavioral problems. He also assisted with the care of autistic children. Joe studied Criminal Justice at Bergen Community College and has rightfully earned the nickname of Scoops because he always knows the story. Joe is a valuable member of SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County.
