Fire Damage in a Southern Rockland County Home

This home in Nanuet, New York suffered a fire in the basement of the home due to faulty wires.  SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County responded quickly, and assessed the fire, smoke and soot damage in the basement. Our experienced office staff was able to help our customer by providing them with information regarding the cleaning process and insurance claim. The SERVPRO Technicians  that worked at this property worked hard to clean the damaged area in a timely manner so the homeowner was not impacted during the cleaning or the restoration. Our customer was expecting a much longer process, but was pleased when he was able to move back into the basement within a week.
