Heavey Rain and Storms flood a Kitchen
Our customer in Congers, Rockland County, New York had a major disaster when heavy rainfall and storms came through the area. The entire kitchen, kitchen dining room and bathroom were flooded with rain water and sewage from a bathroom. Our Service Technicians from SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County were sent quickly to the property to assess the damage. At the same time our office staff worked with the clients to solve any insurance issues. The water and sewage damage was quickly cleanup. After the cleanup and removal of wet sheetrock the area was dried thoroughly before the restoration process began. Our customer was expecting a much longer process, but SERVPRO of Southern Rockland County crew was able to complete the job within a week, and our customer was completely happy with the results.
