Spring Valley Water Damage Remediation

Upon arrival, within hours, we assessed the water damage caused by the leaking hot water tank and took immediate action. The laminated wood flooring had absorbed too much water, warped, and was rendered non-salvageable. The After Photo shows the subfloor and the washer and dryer back in place, no harm to them. Parts of the wall also required removal, and we dried the remaining building materials with some centrifugal air movers strategically placed and several dehumidifiers. Our customer was pleased that she could continue with her next laundry load--we love helping our neighbors.
